1. Technical Data Collection
We collect contact and technical information submitted via our digital color matching tools, sample inquiry forms, and customer registration portals (e.g. name, email, company, polymer resin specifications, and requested color parameters).
2. Proprietary Formulation Use
Customer shade submissions and proprietary color formulations are strictly confidential and used exclusively for spectrophotometric analysis, sample plaque compounding, and commercial fulfillment.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All data transmissions are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocols. Access to custom masterbatch formulations and customer account profiles is restricted to authorized laboratory and production staff.
